Return by mail
Contact our customer service either by opening a support ticket by logging into your customer account, or via online chat, or via WhatsApp or Messenger. We will respond within the day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Please have your order number ready; an advisor will register your return request. You can also inform electrovideo.eu of your intention to withdraw by sending your withdrawal request, including an unambiguous statement (proof of which is your responsibility), expressing your intention to withdraw, by mail to: Electrovideo.eu Customer Service, BAT F, 12 RUE DES CHAUFFOURS, 95000 CERGY (France) – France, or by email to: contact@electrovideo.eu.
Then return your product (in good condition in its original packaging with all accessories) in a suitable box, within 30 days of communicating your decision to withdraw, to the following address:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a return under the legal warranty. For items that cannot be returned by post due to their nature (items weighing over 30 kg, such as large household appliances or a TV, for example), you will need to use a carrier of your choice.

Goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, audio or video recordings, or computer software when unsealed

Refund or exchange?
When you request a return, you will be asked if you prefer an exchange or a refund.
If you choose a refund, you will be reimbursed for the price of the product within 7 days of receiving your returned product and after standard checks regarding its condition.
If you opt for an exchange, you will receive a promotional code/voucher for the price of the returned product. This promotional code/voucher has no expiration date and can be used towards your next order.
