How can I increase my chances of being eligible for the Pay in 3 installments free of charge service?

Klarna offers a unique service based on a number of factors, such as order amount, order history and item availability. What happens if I don’t pay for my order?

Klarna will automatically attempt to charge the amount due associated with your purchase with the Pay in 3 installments service free of charge from the debit or credit card you provided during checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment by the scheduled due date, we will retry our attempt automatically two days later. If this last attempt fails, Klarna will send you a statement for the full amount due, due 15 days later. Klarna will let you know when a payment is due two days before you attempt to collect it. You also have the option of tracking the due date in the Klarna app. If you miss a payment, you may be subject to late payment charges and become in default of payment, with the consequence of not being able to use Klarna services in the future. Klarna may continue to attempt to collect amounts due and owing on later due dates, or bill you separately for the total outstanding. If you do not pay for your purchase, Klarna may use an external debt collection company. However, this solution is used as a last resort. Are my payment details safe?

Klarna treats payment information securely. No card data is transmitted to ELECTROVIDEO.EU. All transactions take place over secure connections using the latest industry standard security protocols.

Can I pay before the due date?

Yes. Simply go to the Klarna app or log in to Klarna.com to pay in advance.

Have you received my payment?

Klarna will notify you via email and push notification in the Klarna app when a payment is due or has been taken, or in the unlikely event that your payment has failed. If a payment has been taken but you haven’t received confirmation, you can check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in to www.klarna.com/en.

What happens to my first statement when I return item(s)?

Once HudsonReed has received the (partially or fully) returned order, and you have received confirmation, Klarna will send you an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule in the event that the return is partial. In the event of a complete return, we will refund the debited payments and cancel any future scheduled payments. You can also check the status of your order in the Klarna app.

I received a statement but I haven’t received my items yet.

If you haven’t received your items, contact our team to inquire about the status of your order and delivery. You can also contact Klarna customer service to postpone your payment due date or put the pending order in Klarna app while waiting for items to arrive.

I canceled my order. How soon will I bebe reimbursed?

As soon as the shop registers your cancellation or return, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.

I requested a refund. How will it be treated?

Refunds are issued to the debit or credit card you provided at checkout.
